1LINK connectivity to the live payment network requires separate approval and agreement with 1LINK (Pvt) Limited. Payniva provides the technical integration — but your institution must be registered as a biller on the 1BILL network before live transactions can be processed. Our team will guide you through this process as part of onboarding.

All plans include the technical 1LINK/1BILL integration layer. However, connecting to the live 1LINK payment network requires a separate agreement with 1LINK (Pvt) Limited. Payniva will guide you through that registration process as part of onboarding.
Yes. All plans share the same underlying platform infrastructure. Upgrading moves you to a higher support tier and unlocks additional features without any data migration or downtime.
Foundation supports up to 3 schools, Professional supports up to 15, and Enterprise has no limit. An organization (for example, an exam authority) counts separately from the school count.
Payniva charges a flat monthly platform fee. National payment network fees are a separate concern determined by your 1LINK agreement and are not billed through Payniva. Contact our team for guidance.
On-premise deployment is available on the Enterprise plan for institutions with data residency requirements or existing infrastructure. Contact our sales team to discuss deployment options.
